1. Order Nutri Yin / Yang and any of the desired applicable numbered nutriments from www.getmynutri.com/products-nutri.html.
2. At least once or twice daily (away from meals or snacks) simply chew and swallow one tablet each of the Nutri Yin, Nutri Yang followed by one each of the numbered nutriments.
3. Continue daily until all 60 tablets are finished or until Nutri Yin or Nutri Yang has run out.
